The Personnel Department of the Catalan Institute of Health, in collaboration with the Consorci Sanitari i Social de Catalunya and the Unió Catalana d'Hospitals, is pleased to announce the I Congress on Equality and Human Resources of Public Health Services.
The current situation of the management of people in the post-pandemic public health system requires a new look at the conditions that will mark the future of health. Aspects such as labor flexibility, the emotional well-being of professionals, equality policies or female leadership in a sector as feminized as ours, are some of the challenges that will modulate people management.
At the same time, the macro calls for positions, the collective bargaining of conventions and agreements, innovation, talent management in health and its retention, are areas in which knowledge of other realities and the generation of a climate of dialogue and debate must contribute to the co-creation of a vision of the future for people management, facing the challenges of health organizations.
For this reason, the purpose of the I Congress of Equality and Human Resources of Public Health Services is to bring together the main directors and managers of human resources and equality in the national health field, with the aim of sharing and analyzing the challenges faced by the health sector in the near future, sharing experiences, successes and learning in an environment of reflection and meeting.
