Unreliable control. Router limits access to some websites even in unrestricted/unassigned device mode.

This app and associated router are the worst purchases I have made in a decade. The app crashes every single time I use it, most of our devices cannot access the internet at all, and after almost three hours of trying to get in touch with them during daytime hours, I'm not convinced that they even have customer service or tech support.
