- Open lobby door: When you approach the lobby door with your mobile phone, the door automatically opens.
- Elevator call: When the lobby door is opened, the elevator is called.
- Parking lot emergency call: Click to ring the nearest emergency bell in the parking lot to inform you of an emergency.
- Current parking location: Register and search the parking location based on the parking lot column number.

- From the second half of 2019, it will be applied from the residential complexes using the SPACE app, but the availability of applications may differ for each complex.
