Barriers application was created for people that use their smartphones to raise barriers or open gates.
At first I made it for myself because I noticed that searching for correct gate number was taking me too much time. In particular for barriers I rarely use.
I needed something that would provide me with quick access to barriers.
The default setup uses my own barriers photos along with descriptions.
You can customise it easily with your own photos, descriptions and telephone numbers.
Follow this 3 simple steps to use the app:
1. Select Manage list from menu.
2. Tap ✏️ Pencil (edit row)
3. Update the phone numbers for your barriers/gates
That is all you need to do to have quick and easy access to all your barriers/gates.
Attention:
Upon firs use application will request permission to initiate a phone call. This permission is necessary if you want to raise barrier or open gate with one click.
