The new "R & K App" makes digital document transfer a short way
- a simple and secure form of voucher release! And by the way, your documents are archived at the law firm Reisch & Künstle.
Due to this digital aid, the transfer of the documents for the preparation of your income tax return in paper form will not be necessary in the future.
Our app supports you during the year with the collection of the necessary documents and the transmission to our law firm.
And best of all - the application is simple and manageable:
* Take a photo of the document with your smartphone or upload it from the file storage - Assign to the respective tax year - Define document type - finished *
The steps in detail:
Your LOGIN
The LOGIN is only necessary for the first time - the individual login data can be saved in the app.
Scan document entry / vouchers
After launch, the camera of your smartphone is activated and you can start. A display shows you whether the picture quality or the exposure of the created photo is sufficient. In this way it is ensured that the individual documents are legible later.
In addition to the created photos also existing pictures / screenshots / documents can be uploaded from the file storage. This also enables the provision of already digitally available documents.
Assignment of fiscal year and selection of document type
After completion of the document entry, the assignment is made to the applicable tax year.
Afterwards, the document type is determined - for this purpose, a predefined structure and a collective item for other or "not assignable" are available. The vouchers have now been submitted to the law firm Reisch & Künstle.
Statements / sending
As soon as all documents of the respective tax year are available you give us the start for processing your tax declaration by activating the "Done" button.
Done - all done - we do the rest!
For reasons of proof and for the purpose of secure documentation, we ask for the storage of paper documents.
