CEWT

This app is an implementation of the CEWT score as defined in - https://adc.bmj.com/content/archdischild/early/2021/04/29/archdischild-2019-318634/DC1/embed/inline-supplementary-material-1.pdf?download=true - The app can be used to quickly calculate the CEWT score. As an addition to the original score card, the app will score "MET call" when any of the values for Respiratory rate, Heat rate or Blood pressure are out of the defined ranges.
