About Bäckerei Rolf

Today, as 80 years ago, our baked goods get their excellent flavor and superior freshness through carefully selected ingredients from controlled cultivation in the region. We use no additional flavors or aids. Again and again we set new baking ideas into practice, so you can enjoy not only excellent quality, but also an extensive selection.

In 1922 our grandfather master baker Wedepohl what makes good bread knew. After kneading the dough, he held a little chat with his customers with the windows open. So the dough could draw in fresh air alone. He then has shaped the dough and at first had a cup of coffee. Now the dough has to rise slowly.
