It is way different than so many other Habit forming helps. Here I feel no stress for not performing a task. No stress of feeling of "Otherwise your streak will be broken". This app supposed to help us in planting our goals and our that goal activities in mind. If the mind truly wants to form this habit, the App just keeps nudging about it. The book of same name, explains the concepts.

App continually crashes. I got one habit in and now it won't work.
