Hajeri-Partner is an application made for marketing executives of
“Hajeri” application. Using this application executive can perform
following operations
1] Registration of new organizations.
2] Generate QR codes for them.
3] Make payment on behalf of customer.
How to use
1) Log-In process
Please keep in mind that you can login in Hajeri Partner only if you are in-charge added
your mobile number as marketing executive
1. Enter your registered mobile number.
(You will get an OTP)
2. Enter OTP and now you are ready to use “Hajeri-Partner”.
2) Home Page
After successful Log-In you’ll redirect to Home page
Here you can see two boxes
1. Add Organization
2. Pending Cases
3. Total no. of paid QR codes.
1. Add Organization
This activity help marketing executive to register your client’s organisation in Hajeri App
Step 1. Click on add organization option.
Step 2. Fill up a form of basic information about the organization.
Step 3. Click on submit button.
Step 4. Your organization will be added.
2. Pending Case
Step 1. Click on pending cases option.
Step 2. You’ll be redirected to Pending Cases Page in which you can see list of organizations
which you have registered earlier. Here you can see name of the organizations, Add QR
Code button & Pay button.
a) Add QR Code Button :-
Click on the Add QR Code button of the organization for which you want to generate
QR Code. After clicking you’ll be redirected to Add QR Code page. You can Generate
QR Codes in two ways.
i) Add Local QR :-
This facility is used when Marketing executive is physically present where
QR Code is to be generated
When clicked a page with map will be opened.
1.On that map you can see a marker is present at your current location.
2.If the marker is present at correct location just enter the QR Point name
& click on Submit button.
3.If marker is not on correct location tap on re-centre button. After that
enter QR point name & click on submit button.
ii) Out Station QR:-
This facility is used when Marketing executive is physically not present
where QR Code is to be generated
1. First of all, you will have to add outstation branch with details of Branch
manager and his contact number in Owners Hajeri App
2. Then ask branch manager to download Hajeri App and get Log In
3. After Log In of branch manager in Hajeri App you can send notification
from Hajeri Partner App under this facility.
4. Once branch manager opens your notification he will be shown google
map. After confirming current position of map is branch, branch
manager will press “Submit” button
5. And your outstation QR Code is ready.
Now we will see how to send notification to branch manager
1.Enter the mobile number of the organization for which you want to
generate QR Code.
2.Enter QR Point name & click on “Send” button.
b) Add Branch:-
Click on the Add Branch button of the organization for which you want to Add
Branch. After clicking you’ll be redirected to Add Branch form page. Fill the details of
branch and click on “Submit” button and Branch will be added
c) Add Employee:-
Click on the Add Employee button of the organization for which you want to Add
Employee. After clicking you’ll be redirected to Add Employee form page. Fill the
details of Employee and click on “Submit” button and Employee will be added.
d) Pay Button :-
When clicked on the Pay button you’ll be redirected to payment page, select the payment
option. On that page you’ll see total number of QR Codes & Total amount of payment.
1. On payment page enter email address and phone number of the branch head.
2. Add GSTN of organisation.
3. Select the payment method & pay.
4. After successful payment you’ll be notified.
3) ID Card Page:
Here you can create your Identity Card showing your Marketing executive for Hajeri App.
You can add your own photograph in identity card by selecting it from gallery.
