Point of Sale Application

The Haulmer Point of Sale for Merchants allows you, through its mobile application and web workspace, to create product catalogs, keep inventory control and issue an electronic receipt or invoice for each of your sales. Use the App on your cell phone or Haulmer sales terminal.

What can I do with the Point of Sale App?

Product catalog
Create catalog with unlimited products.
Sort products by categories.
Customize products with photos, description and barcode or SKU.
Maintain an order of the products by creating variants of them.

Stock management
Check updated stock in each store, with automatic decrease for each sale and manage transfers easily.
Enter receipt orders and inventory adjustments associated with each product.
Analyze the quantity of products received and sold in real time.
Value all products in stores.

Issuance of electronic documents
Unlimited issuance of tickets, invoices and dispatch guides.
Automatic entry of documents to the SII.
Issue refunds and credit notes.

Reports
Review the daily sales detail.
Compare sales levels with previous periods.

What is the Haulmer Workspace?
Web Workspace, where clients can manage and administer the different contracted Haulmer solutions that help them manage their business, all in one place.

What can be managed in the workspace?

Devices: Allows the configuration of the different applications available for your devices, such as Point of Sale or Electronic Ticket, according to the contracted plan. Manage your devices and linked applications, temporarily disable devices or delete them if you want to release a license or change the physical device associated with it.
Electronic documents: Section for issuing invoices, exempt invoices, dispatch guide, credit and debit notes, among other DTEs.
Catalog: Section to create and manage personalized products, in the product catalog linked to the point of sale.
Inventory: Registration and verification of stock in stores and product transfer management.
Transactions: You can review the sales record and associated electronic documents. In this section you can also make refunds among other features.
