Island Empire is the only game that makes me feel like a military genius one minute and completely betrayed by my own decisions the next. It looks all cute and pixelated, but don’t let that fool you—this game will humble you fast if you don’t think three moves ahead. No annoying pay-to-win nonsense, just pure strategy and the occasional “why did I do that?” moment. If you enjoy conquering tiny islands and questioning your life choices at the same time, this game is absolutely worth it.
