EVERY SINGLE TIME, this stupid app requires verification for login, even after selecting Trust this Device. When I click on Find Care, NOTHING SHOWS UP. Is this just horrible app development, or is this indicative of how brutally cruel Blue Cross is in administering healthcare?

Insurance is the biggest scam ever made. Why do you people keep voting for this? I need an MRI because I might have cancer. My doctor ordered it, I have the paperwork. I'm trying to schedule it at a different place that works better for my schedule, but BCBS refuses to authorize it. Because the doctor sent it to a specific place they won't authorize it. This is actually crazy. Both places are in-network!!
