MIRI-View

Hyundai Elevator's MIRI-View is a mobile application provided by Hyundai Elevator. Authorized primary contractors can monitor elevator conditions in real time and view recorded video from their mobile phones.

- Customer Safety
When an elevator subscribed to MIRI-View calls the Hyundai Elevator Customer Center via the emergency call device, a customer service representative monitors the elevator's conditions and provides assistance to ensure passenger safety.

- Intelligent Motion Control
MIRI-View supports intelligent motion control. If a passenger remains motionless for a specified period of time, a notification is sent to the customer's mobile app, along with a notification to the Hyundai Elevator Customer Center.

- Intelligent Scream Control
MIRI-View supports intelligent scream control. In response to a passenger's scream, a notification is sent to the customer's mobile app, along with a notification to the Hyundai Elevator Customer Center.

- Data Security
MIRI-View supports secure network security based on VPN.
