👩🏫OUR PEDAGOGY
The Hello Elton pedagogy is based on different theoretical approaches such as Stanislas Dehaene's 4 pillars of learning or the 70-20-10 model published by Morgan McCall, Robert W. Eichinger and Michael Lombardo.
The Mayo by Hello Elton application was co-designed with the Cognitive Design firm Humans Matter and its ATTD method, designed on the model of cognitive functioning.
Competence is defined as a person's ability to act (know how to act) and to accomplish complex tasks (problem solving, decision-making, project implementation, etc.) while mobilizing the necessary resources (disciplinary know-how and technical) in various contexts (environmental control).
📱THE APP
The Mayo by Hello Elton app is a guide to progress. After an introductory diagnosis, each user is offered operational challenges, to be carried out in a work situation. He is guided and notified to acquire skills related to his profession. He will thus put into practice, test and anchor routines over a long period of time.
After each challenge, the user answers a series of questions intended to make him gain perspective on his actions, this is the reflective phase. He is thus challenged in his progress.
As a Social and Solidarity Economy company, Hello Elton develops inclusive programs.
