Tinycoaching is a multi-knowledge, multi-channel and multimedia platform.
Tinycoaching is an application that works through a virtual coach named Tiny who throughout the program supports its learners in learning. The platform makes it possible to learn and progress in all types of knowledge. The coach sends micro-content in different formats, article, video, podcast, multimedia. The Tinycoaching educational system is based on the four pillars of cognitive neuroscience which are: attention, active engagement, feedback and consolidation of learning.
ATTENTION
At Tinycoaching it's about 5 minutes per content according to the selected matrix. This consists of broadcasting only short content, in fact, beyond 15 minutes our attention rate drops by 80% and Tinycoaching aims for optimal information retention.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT
The learner has a follow-up on his training in terms of skills development. He will have access to analytics in his personal space that will allow him to see his level according to his objectives. The micro-structuring of the content and the adaptation of Tiny to the learner's profile allows an engagement closer to the needs of its learners.
FEEDBACK
These are conversational languages sent by the Tiny coach to learners. Conversational languages are about motivation, perseverance, self-confidence and much more. The learner can also give feedback to each educational content so that our educational engineers continuously improve the content.
LEARNING CONSOLIDATION
This will allow the learner to perpetuate his knowledge. Indeed, the Tinycoaching pedagogy takes place over several phases.
The coach sends content followed by a quiz. Later, the learner will receive memory reminders throughout his training time to remind him of the acquired knowledge and fight against the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve.
