app stopped working several weeks ago - after july 4 update - and developer responds to requests saying they are a small company and it may take some time. they have no problem sending more filters on subscription for which they charge while I continue waiting for the app to be fixed. very disappointed.

Latest update 2 Dec needed a delete and reinstall but has now made a huge improvement to connectivity and usefulness of the app. Thank you! Latest update June 2025 doesn't work on my pixel 7a. Can't re-pair Halo and screen corrupt. Checked this version on my old TCL 20 and works ok though ? update: 11/7 now pairs ( thanks) but app now pointless as insights have disappeared and poor fit of graphics. Shame as previously such a great product

App no longer connects to internet to update outside AQI. Clicking "I changed my filter" doesn't work. Cannot reactivate "run in background"

The FORGOT PASSWORD process on the app does not work. I requested a forgot password code over 5 times now, reset my cache in the beginning as instructed, and still, after typing in the code the screen redirects immediately to the general login fields (email + password) with no option to reset the password.
