Help at Home Isolated App is the application members of the community can use to request safe support from vetted volunteers in their community.
Help at Home is a product from digital charity, Connected Homeless (Charity number: 1172896) to enable community group to support citizens in need. Here’s how it works:
First, an isolated or vulnerable individual submits a request through their easy to use application.
A nearby vetted, volunteer can then see your request and accept
The isolated user then receives a notification, showing exactly who will be turning up.
Finally, all of your areas requests can be managed centrally, from a secure portal that only your area administrator can access.
