The hardest part about heme/onc is interpreting a peripheral smear.
When you look at a slide, it's easy to be uncertain, but snap a pic with HemeApp and it will display the most likely diagnoses that can save valuable time on diagnoses like TTP, AML, and sickle cell (among others).
Treat it as the opposite of a D-Dimer... the index of suspicion should already be high.
