Online Queue Number Service Procedure:

1. This application is a queue service at KPP Jakarta Jagakarsa.
2. You can pick up online queue numbers starting at 08.00-14.00 WIB.
3. TPT and Helpdesk service hours are 08.00-16.00 WIB.
4. Estimate your arrival by taking into account the number of queues and travel time
to the KPP location. If you have missed 5 (five) queue numbers then you are expected
retrieve a new queue number.
5. To get the queue number, click the "TAKE QUEUE" button on the Monitor menu

6. A choice of service type will appear, click the service you want to go to, then
out your queue number and check-in code.
7. After estimating the time your queue number is called you are welcome to come
go to the location and enter the code in the queue machine on the "CHECK IN" button.
