I bought my ticket using a third company and I cannot add baggage or any other add-on, I can't manage my booking, I can't even see it, I also can't check-in using the app or website.. That's a nightmare.. I'll have to pay a lot more for baggage at the airport and do the check-in on the counter... I already regret deeply buying the ticket to fly with this terrible company already.. I will NEVER use this company again, NEVER.

Whoa, took 17 attempts (over several hours) to buy a ticket before the payment was finally accepted by their merchant system, simply terrible and utterly ridiculous
