We breed Skuddenschafe and keeping old breeds of chickens. In our standard fruit garden, which is certified by ProSpecieRara as a show garden, we cultivate fruit trees with some very old varieties. In the vegetable garden we integrate elements of permaculture in Toms fungus garden grow mushrooms. Bee colonies Naturnah held ensure pollination and delight us every now and then with precious honey.
