The application is used to track cases of errors in production of An Cuong company. At each stage of production, there is a quality checker (we call it QC). When in production, QC detects an error on the product and will use the application to create an error handling ticket (we call it a CAR ticket). The CAR card is pushed back to the system and analyzed by a higher level and given handling measures.
