this app is an absolute SCAM, arrived at my destination, the sim I paid for now they claim they no longer cover despite the app saying differently, do NOT rely on Holafly to work anywhere in general and support is very mixed, it's like the agents make up rules. will NOT use this scam again

I was sold an eSIM that didn't work and was told, repeatedly, by an AI support agent how to properly troubleshoot. When I asked for a refund, it said it might not be applicable even though I never even activated the eSIM. Screenshot and video evidence did not convince the AI agent. I was asked to show further evidence to see if I could get a refund. After more conversation I was told the refund might be partial and was asked if I accepted these terms. I didn't.
