Energy Food contains a basic food table that complements the personal sessions for personalized in-person weight loss coaching. Additionally, people can record what they consume daily to have better nutritional control. The Coach can monitor these movements to better advise what people consume per day, people's weights can also be recorded to have an individual history of the plans.
