keypad keep playing hide and seek, cant even key in the detail for 1st time login, end up ID being disabled. I wonder is this app being developed to fool users? i would give 5 star rating for "Hard-to-use".

keep on jump out of apps during key in the ID and password time, can't even finish key in password. keep on repeat key in ID and password when want to login, still fail to login after many attempts. waste of time. what's wrong with the app?
