I enjoy being a CareDriver by helping helping families and students get back n forth to school and home safely. However, there is one aspect I don't like is when the Safety department reps call you during a ride to discuss their safety concerns with you. This is an unsafe practice to call someone while their driving and its not ok to discuss certain topics infront of my passengers. If there is a problem you know when my drive starts and ends, you can reach out afterwards and they never have.

They had me go through all the verification process, I got badges for schools and drove kids around for months and when they were finally done with me, they fired me for a 1997 misdemeanor 🤣🤣 . the app gets a one star and so does their staff because of the unprofessional way that they handle issues. I saw the reddits and complaints about them from other drivers but I figured that they other drivers were making it up, then I started having issues from them myself🤣🤣.
