The City Hall makes available to the entire population of Crato the Health application "Caring for You". This App allows citizens to make a direct connection to the "CRATO CARE OF YOU" project, to follow the schedules of basic care consultations, specialized consultations and examinations, receive SMS notifications, follow medication deliveries, follow the campaigns of the government and the municipality itself, to follow the warnings of the municipal secretary of health of Crato and to contact the central of relationship to remove doubt.
In addition, the Crato Health App will enable citizens in case of emergency to call SAMU, POLICE, FIREMAN and to denounce situations of feminicide.
One of the great news is that citizens can through the Health App of Crato perform satisfaction surveys on the attendance at the health facility so that the service is always improved and revised.
This platform was made available to the entire population of Crato without the need of attending in person for this, simply and quickly and from anywhere, contributing to reduce queues and providing greater convenience to citizens.
