I signed up for this because of the recommendation from GTN. Such a let down. The userface is awful and confusing. The plan it created for me didn't work for my schedule then when I wanted a new plan with a different approach instead of the AI helping it just told me to do it manually..... for 170 days of trianing. I don't usually leave reviews but this was so bad I had to help spare others.

The adaptive plans are a game-changer for keeping me injury-free. Unlike apps that just hand you a static plan, Humango constantly ensures my training level is right for me. I even put it to the test, running a side-by-side with that other big app (the 'R' app), and Humango was simply better at keeping my training at my true capacity. The fact that is has a warm up and cool down just makes sense. Loading multiple races and seeing months of training mapped has been great.
