i love this app. especially the widget. it helps a lot. the icelandic voice is good enough except for a few exceptions. i hope it will remain free.

Not the best. If you know what sounds the letters and letter combinations make in Icelandic then you'll know what the words are supposed to sound like, but the audio is bad enough to mess up a newbie and have them saying things wrong. The app also wouldn't let me use half of the practice tools. They seemed to have accurate translations as far as I looked though, so that's a plus, I just didn't feel like I could effective learn on this app.
