iAir Business Information System is an internal informational & communication platform specially designed for all the employees of iAir Technologies Private Limited. The platform will enable all the teams spread across the country to have a centralized approach to the day-to-day operations and will help in the coordination of different departments.
The Business Information System will have different modules for different departments;
1. Back Office Team: Access to all Google Sheets, Flowcharts, daily, weekly, and Monthly task checklists, and individual Dashboards.
2. Process Co-ordinator: PCs will have access to their Dashboards, and their work-related sheets.
3. Sales Team: Access to all iAir Marketing Material, Trade Agreements, Print Material, Information, and product-related videos. All day-to-day operations of Google Forms can be accessed on a single platform.
4. Training & Development: The platform will have all videos for System training, Process training, and product training.
4. Miscellaneous: Help tickets, various HR-related policies, latest service policies, Attendance & performance reports, and Company Apps.
5. Announcements: All important announcements & notifications from the company will appear on the platform.
6. Social Media: Now iAir employees can access all social media accounts of the company on a single go from the App. Browse YouTube Videos, daily Facebook & Instagram updates and get engaged.
