"Casale Nibbi" is located in Amatrice, in the mountainous area of Central Italy adjacent to the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park: a still uncontaminated environment characterized by the persistence of the millenary Italian peasant culture.
For five generations it has been operating in the agricultural zootechnical sector, combining ancient traditions with the tools offered by technological progress and placing itself in a leading position in the local economic fabric.
Having always adopted the strategy of direct control of production and raw material, today we have about eighty hectares of land, partly owned and partly under lease, of stables for the shelter of animals and premises and laboratories for storage and processing of raw materials. The company land is arranged as follows: orchard for about 8 hectares divided between apples and cherries, vegetable crops for the production of potatoes and the remaining part used for the cultivation of cereals, forage crops for feeding livestock and pasture. In the stables there are shelters for dairy cattle reared in a semi-wild state compatibly with the climatic characteristics of the area and fed as much as possible with multiflora forage produced on the farm and cereals; the milk production is then processed in the company's dairy.
To guarantee consumers the high quality of the product at a sustainable price and itself the right income for its work, the company places its products on the market by limiting the use of third-party intermediaries to a minimum: the vast majority of products are sold directly in the company or at fairs, markets and events and at shops that choose our company as their partner.
Our customers always know who we are and what they buy, they recognize us personally and are free to give us suggestions and visit us whenever they want!
To offer an always excellent quality, beyond its seriousness and good will, the company has joined, over the years, the various European campaigns for the promotion and dissemination of organic crops, so much so that today it can offer the entire production in a certified organic farming regime.
