We offer our customers the PBeaKK submission app as a free service. You can use it to send us your documents digitally. This means you save postage costs, there is an application-free variant, your documents are sent 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you receive confirmations of receipt and verification directly in the app.
You can send us your documents via photo, PDF upload or by scanning barcodes via the submission app.
The "application-free" variant applies to reimbursements that are applied for for the insurance number registered in the app. Confirm your data again in the app. In this case, only your invoices, receipts and prescriptions are required for your submission.
If there are any special features in your application for benefits or assistance - e.g. different bank details, other persons entitled to assistance - we need a signed and fully completed application for benefits.
If you apply for benefits with a power of attorney for a different insurance number (app registration number is not identical to the application insurance number), please also send us an application for benefits or aid.
In addition, you will receive a forwarding confirmation and a confirmation of receipt in the app. We will then check whether the documents you have submitted are complete and legible. We will notify you directly in the app of the current status of each submission - in the status overview: forwarding & storage, receipt & verification, start of processing or errors.
The notifications and other documents are sent by PBeaKK to you as a customer by letter. The processing itself is also identical for app and postal documents.
