I CERTI 4U is a service provided as a PDF document by applying the high-strength forgery prevention function of the contract by adding a high-density 2D barcode to the signed contract and adding digital signature and timestamp information.

I CERTI 4U provides the contract documents signed by Off-line as electronic documents with the addition of 2D bar code, digital signature and timestamp.
[Service Procedures]
1. Shoot off-line signed contract documents and register them in the I CERTI 4U app.
2. Payment after selecting anti-forgery technology (2D bar code, digital signature, timestamp / 2D bar code only)
3. Upload filming documents and complete certification by digital signature
4. Downloading a certification completed document
5. Transmission e-mail certification completed documents
6. Preview in the I CERTI 4U App listings

* High density 2D Barcode
- High-density 2D Barcode is a function that encrypts and outputs high-density 2D bar codes in documents using the information in documents. High-density 2D barco is a technology used in many official documents because forgery is very difficult and is a tamper-proof feature for the output.
- High-density 2D Barcode allows you to scan printed documents with a scanner or mobile phone to see hidden data and search for and check the original documents.
* Digital signature
- Unlike electronic signatures, digital signatures are a technology that allows you to sign documents using a public certificate to see if there has been any change in documents since digital signatures, which prevents forgery of electronic documents.
- Digital signature information of electronic documents (PDF documents) and forgery information after signing can be found in the Acrobat Reader program on your computer.
* Timestamp / LTV
- Timestamp allows for verification based on time and certification by an accredited institution when signing or verifying digital.
- In addition, the LTV feature enables document forgery verification after the certificate expires.
**** How to check for forgery in electronic documents ***
1. Use Acrobat Reader to read PDF electronic documents.
2. Make sure that the signature at the top left of the first page of the electronic document is a valid signature (green check mark).
* In case it is not known if it is valid
- Cause: The certificate used for digital signatures must be registered in the trust list of Acrobat Reader.
- How: Click Certificate -> Check Signatory Properties - 표시 Show Signer Certificate -> Click Add Trusted Certificate -> Use this Certificate as Trusted Root and confirm
-> Exit Acrobat Reader and reopen the document.
* Signing panel appears to be 'time stamp not available'
- Cause: The certificate of an authorized timestamp certification authority (Korea Information Certification) should be registered in the trust list of Acrobat Reader.
- To: Click Certificate -> Check signature properties -> Show advanced properties -> Add certificate -> Add trusted certificate - 사용 Select - 루 Use this certificate as a trusted root and confirm
-> Exit Acrobat Reader and reopen the document.
