CEFR+

CÉFR is primarily the radio station for students, teachers, parents and more than 18,000 Fransaskois in the province. Our channel is operated by the Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) to meet the needs of students from preschool to grade 12. The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises - the education system for Francophones in Saskatchewan - is funded by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education and the Government of Canada. CÉFR is a privileged communication tool that helps promote Fransaskois education among our families and in our communities in Saskatchewan, in Canada and around the world. Our programs produced by and for students from elementary to secondary give a lot of importance to oral expression, a central aspect of learning the language and culture. In their educational path, Fransaskois students are called upon to acquire skills not only in literacy and numeracy, but also in many fields of study such as pure sciences and humanities, visual and expressive arts, ethics and civic engagement.
