Oasi Planning

OASI Planning is the app integrated with your OASI management software that allows you to consult the interventions set in the Planning directly from smartphones and tablets.


Main features of Oasi Planning:
• Consult daily interventions and all their information: customer, address, items to be delivered, notes by customer and by team, amount to be paid;
• Search through Google Maps for the customer's address to find out where to deliver;
• Contact the customer by phone directly from the app;
• Update the status of the schedule, with the possibility of indicating the times of intervention, the delivery status and the amount collected;
• Integrated IMEI management: enter the serial number of the delivered product by reading the barcode directly from the app;
• Digital signature: the customer signs the acceptance of the goods, with the possibility of indicating the material received and any deficiencies, and receives the signed document directly on his mailbox;
• Attached photographs: the team can document the delivery by inserting the photographs of the items through the camera of their device.
