The Talent Calibrator is the app through which the values and organizational competencies of the candidates participating in internal calls will be evaluated. This system has an algorithm that randomly assigns evaluators, which may be: direct managers, direct reports, peers and members of the work team. Thus, we will have an anonymous, more comprehensive and neutral look of each candidate, because we will have the opinion of several people.
