CHARGING PPL WAY TOO MUCH. THEY PUT IN THEM SMART METERS AND NOW ME AND ALMOST EVERYONE I KNOW HAS A 4 AND 500 DOLLAR ELECTRIC BILL. ITS CRAZY. THEN U CAN'T CATCH UP U PAY THEN THEY SHUT IT OFF U PAY TO GET IT BACK ON N ITS OFF AGAIN. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I HAVE BEEN UNPLUGGING A LOT OF STUFF THAT WE DONT USE AND THATS HELPING A LITTLE.

TERRIBLE EVERY MONTH I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH LOGIN KEEPS KICKING ME BACK OUT SENDING CODES ONLY TO MAKE ME SIGN IN AGAIN AND AGAIN. THIS MONTH I WASNT ABLE TO LOGIN, UNTIL A WEEK AFTER MY DUE DATE..ITS SO DISCOURAGING. I REALLY HATE THIS APP SINCE THE UPDATE
