Very disappointing experience with this insurance company and its mobile app... Even though plan covers various medical tests, approvals are repeatedly delayed or rejected, requiring multiple resubmissions and follow-ups. Based on my experience, I would not recommend choosing this insurance provider....

very very very very low and bad insurance company it takes soooo long time approvals and no response from customer care and in Whatsapp chat not reply
