IBD Friends is an app created by the Korean Society of Intestinal Research for inflammatory growth disease patients. Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) patients can record their symptoms daily through the app, manage medication alarms, and share their symptoms log with the doctor.
# Main features of the IBD Friends app
○ Find Restroom: You can check your current location and open restrooms nearby.
○ Symptom Log: You can record your symptoms every day and check them by score. Recorded symptom diaries may be provided to the doctor for viewing at the time of treatment.
○ Diagnosis History: You can check your diagnosis history by recording the exact location of the lesion and the diagnosis date.
○ Drug Alarm Test/Vaccine: You can register the drug or injection currently being administered and set the dose alarm. You can also record and check the history of vaccinations and hospital tests.
○ Visit schedule management: You can check my next visit schedule and record the contents of consultation after treatment.
○ Calendar: You can check your symptom log, medication contents, and visit schedule at a glance on the calendar.
○ Patient Code: Please inform the doctor of the patient code generated in the app. The doctor can view information such as the symptom log recorded in the app on his or her computer and refer to it for medical treatment.
