With the Desky app you can quickly and easily reserve a workplace at the office when it suits you. Select a day on which you want to reserve a workplace. Then choose a location, time slot, the number of guests and reserve your workplace. When you arrive at the office, the app automatically checks in via GPS.

View your weekly schedule in a clear overview and gain insight into the occupancy rate of all locations. Set your profile preferences to book a workplace at your favorite location even faster.

For administrators

With Desky you create a future-proof work environment that fits in a hybrid work policy and you make optimal use of every workplace. In the management portal you configure the app according to your own wishes and office layouts. You can then easily monitor the reservations, occupancy rate and the number of check-ins of all office buildings. Supplemented with the reporting functionality, you make adjustments where necessary and you coordinate all locations perfectly to the number of employees.
