ZebraCross – Cruce accesible

ZebraCross facilitates safe street crossings by remotely activating audible traffic lights. Designed for people with visual impairments, this app improves urban accessibility and promotes autonomy in public environments.
How does it work?
ZebraCross uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to communicate with adapted traffic lights. It requires no prior pairing or complex interaction: just have the app active.
Usage modes:
● Automatic activation (beacon): The app detects proximity and activates the audible warning without intervention.
● Manual activation: The user presses a button from the app or wearable.
● Voice prompt (optional): If the traffic light allows it, a guidance prompt is played.
