Navarra book to the Charter, awarded in 2008 by the Gourmand Cook Books Awards as the third best book gastronomic tours, is now available in digital version via an App which includes new chapters, videos and photographs. Edited in 2007 by INTIA collaboration with the Department of Tourism Marketing Government of Navarra presented in detail the typical food products of Navarra accompanied by various recipes, from the most traditional to the most innovative, through photographs of Patxi Uriz and the texts of Pedro Luis Lozano, and was declared the first turn of Spain in the category "Best book of gastronomic trips."
In addition to collecting information from the book, the new App includes new chapters, such as those devoted to cider or meat pony, unpublished photographs and videos of some of the most emblematic Navarran cuisine such as asparagus of Navarra products, piquillo Lodosa, or Pacharán Navarro, among others. Thus, over a photo of an ancient olive tree-index menu appears with five sections: Starters, First, Second, desserts and drinks and spirits. Each is composed of different dishes which in turn invite you to make a tourist trip - Gourmet Navarra to the area where the product is made.
