InaDisc is the development of William Marston DISC test, conducted in Indonesia since 2005 by a team of psychologists from the University of Indonesia.
InaDisc was originally made in the form of computer software called PCAS (Personal Characteristic Analysis System) and has been widely used by many Companies in Indonesia for the purposes of the selection and development of employees.
InaDisc now can be used by everyone to see:
1. Overview of personality
2. Advantages and disadvantages
3. Type profession / occupation suggested
4. Effective communication
5. Behavior that appears under pressure
6. The level of similarity with others
