inCust Kiosk

inCust Kiosk is a customer self-help app, which lets you speed up serving the customer on checkout by letting them authenticate themselves, get news, offers and information from your business and rate your service.

The app can be used in two modes:
1) integrated mode. In this mode, the app is integrated with the cash register or third-party POS system, and besides informational functions and customer identification, the customer can see their check.
2) stand-alone mode for use in halls or on checkout. This mode does not require any integration. In addition to informational functions, the customer can receive bonus points as a reward for their visit, and even get a gift if they collect a certain number of points.

The app is installed on the tablet, which is mounted (depending on your business case) either on checkout with the screen facing customers or in the hall or near the exit from your point of sale.

inCust Kiosk is installed after your business has started the loyalty program based on inCust service.
