The Layher app makes technical documentation, contact details and appointments available to customers on the construction site - even offline. Instructions for assembly and use, brochures, approvals and Layher information are available for download at any time via the customer login. Once downloaded, the files can be used offline.
Personal contact persons, such as area sales managers, employees in the back office and the contact persons in the on-site service bases, can be easily contacted.
A support form also offers the opportunity to receive help promptly.
The app also provides an overview of important trade fairs as well as Layher round tables and seminars. Customers can not only easily transfer the appointments to their own calendar, they can also register directly online.
Mixed reality mixes the real camera recordings with digital scaffolding models. The reality - i.e. all things that you are currently seeing - is supplemented with additional information in the form of 3D scaffolding objects. With the help of the smartphone, digital elements can be perceived in the real environment and the Layher price lists can be brought to life.
Additional detailed views of the constructions can be displayed if marked images from the price lists are scanned with the camera of the smartphone.
