The application is a component of the system FAMILY - Integrated Medical-Social Assistance stimuLand Active Aging and has the role of facilitating the process of social assistance, socio-medical assistance, monitoring at home of the elderly and encouraging socialization between them. It allows medication management for chronic patients and sharing of medical data with specialized or medical centers, as well as between patients. For the users of the ASISOC eGovernment system, it facilitates the activity of the social and maternal assistants and the monitoring of the cared persons. Without integration with the ASISOC system, the functionality of the application is limited to the monitoring of its own person. It allows integration with certain medical devices to measure blood sugar, blood pressure, pulse.
