Service specialist can create their own account to publish and post their business details, like what kind of services they provide, prices, location send quotation to customers.
Providers accounts will be sorted under same categories in iNeed platform, like:
- Cleaning
- Painting
- Tiling
- Electricity services
- Urgent repairs
- Plumbing
- Car repair
- Beauty Services
- Health and cosmetic services
The provider will have the ability to follow up with customers’ requests by the orders lists in their account like, “Received” for new requests, “on its way” for jobs about to start, and “Done” for completed jobs.
When the customers verify the job is done, the provider will receive a notification as well and job status will change from unpaid to paid when the customer finalise the payment.
Providers will have access to chat page so they can discuss and negotiate with customers and send and receive photos from them to get better understanding about the service required.
Service providers will be able to send request to our support team to check all legal documents required like business registration and licence when required to protect customers from any fraudulence activities.
Providers will be charged depending on the package of service they choose.
They will have access to their account on the website as well if they choose to use it instead of the actual application.
Money will be transferred to the provider account after we receive the confirmation of job status and when the customer completes the payment.
