It will not let me log into it at all! I used to use this app to pay my car payment and for over a couple of months it doesn't let me get past the logging in part. Please fix this Asap

this app would not allow me to sign in without a 1 time code & wouldn't allow me to make a one time payment on whatever date I would like to.
