D Mobile can be installed for free from Google Play and can be used with passive or active banking rights.
Users with active rights have the opportunity to perform payment operations such as: non-cash payments in Bulgarian leva/foreign currency in the country and abroad, including utility payments, operations with payment cards issued by the Bank, repayment of credit card obligations and loans provided by the Bank, as well as other services under the Bank's terms, conditions and requirements for the relevant service, purchase/sale of currency from/on account, management of bank cards issued by the Bank.
Registration for the application can be done in any office of the Bank by individuals and/or legal entities who are clients of Targovska Banka D AD.
The functionalities in D Mobile are divided into 13 main menus:
Accounts – detailed information about the accounts that you have requested to be serviced through the D Mobile service;
Utilities - possibility to receive information and make payments on obligations, to utility suppliers and traders;
Deposits - information about the deposits that a customer has requested for review through the service;
Loans - information about loans that a customer has applied for review through the service;
Cards - card information and management: authorizations, card type, account number, available stock, validity period, currency and others;
Payments - possibility to initiate various operations: transfer between own accounts, BGN transfer, currency transfer, payment from/to the budget, direct debit order;
Currencies – up-to-date information on the Bank's exchange rates and the possibility of buying and selling currency between own accounts;
Locations – information about the Bank's offices and ATM devices;
The application is not fully compatible with "Huawei mate 20 lite" devices. We are working on fixing any problems that have arisen.
