During and post COVID-19 pandemic, it was felt necessary by the Practicing physicians to limit one on one interaction with Patients and Medical Sales Representatives. Technology has enabled interaction between patients and Physicians. Browser-based solutions were developed for such interactions. For interaction between Medical Sales Representative and Physician never had a dedicated platform. WeCall is the much-needed platform that brings the medical fraternity with the sales force of the pharmaceutical companies that visit the medical fraternity regularly. WeCall is an android based mobile application that gives control to the physicians to set up video calls with the medical reps as and when they desire. The physicians control the duration of the call and with whom it is to be made. It is secured and replaces the one on one physical call. The physician can use this application to call on Medical Representatives of different companies. The Physician and the Medical Representative registers on the WeCall website and download the mobile application. Once downloaded, both the users can enter into calls as scheduled by the Physician.
